Are there any legal obstacles to starting a political action figure toy line of living and dead persons?
You know you would like to re-enact the cold war with your kids and collectible political figures.
Imagine a deluxe Obama action figure fighting a deluxe McCain action figure in hand to handcombat.
Or how about Bush V.S. Bin Laden toy set while the CNN toy set films the action?
A bunch of other ideas are swimming through my head, but I’m not sure if you need a special permission to make a toy in the likeness of living people.
the real obstacle would be finding people who would want to buy them…
