I’m getting really frustrated trying to remember a specific toy/action figures from when I was younger. I thin?

k they were sold at E.B. games or something. They came in a silver package, that disintegrated when put in boiling water, and the toy was revealed. They were just small un-bendable, immovable figures.
no it wasn’t Bakugan, this is late 80′s very early 90′s.
