On adventure quest…how fast do you get z-tokens when your house increases value?

I only have 324 Z-tokens and I want the tiki hut. But it’s 1,000 Z-tokens.If anyone has suggestions of how to get Z-tokens faster tell me!But I could buy the forest tent and I heard houses increase value.Does that mean if you waited a while you would get more value on your house and if you sell it after a while you would get more Z-tokens then you bought it for???????????????????????????

2. houses get 5% z token increase value each week, buy the best house you can, then wait. It takes about 2 weeks before you start getting tokens from it

3. sometimes, ballyhoo will give you Z tokens
