Is aqua Aerobics Safe?

Im 5 months pregnant and have been doing the odd 20 minutes on my exercise bike however my friends suggested Aqua Aerobics, as recently i have been feeling very unfit, especially when walking.
Its not however specially designed pregnant class just a normal aqua aerobics class as the local leisure centre.

Yeah :] its very good for you in fact.
We have from age 14 to 75 at my aqua aerobics class, and if some moves are too strenuous you don’t have to do them.

It would be wise to point out to your instructor you are pregnant, just in case. :]
