Is it ok to call a backout violation in playground pick up games?

THis kid called a over and back, we respected the call but I had to call a 3 second violation a few plays later just to be a smart ass..lol. I dont think its cool to call backcourt in playground ball? what do you think??

No way. What’s next, the 5 second rule, no hand checking? We don’t even call foul, only flagrant.
