Bat Pads

What are the things required to make a cricket club?

i am in college & we have decided to make a cricket club in our college which consist of four teams…i just want to know how many bats, pads, helmets etc. are required to make the club…..

it is advisable to have 4 sets of equiptment for each team eg. 4 sets of batting pads, 4 sets of gloves, 4 protectors, 4 helmets, 4 bats (although 3 would probably do) and 1 set of keepers gear. dont forget the stumps, bails and balls, good luck
