This is not only comfortable, but also offers you better freedom of movement than the external frame backpacks. The frameless backpack is more popular than others, and is commonly used. It is also cheaper than the backpack with frames. There are, in addition, the large internal-frame backpacks which are specially designed for outdoor activities. These are for carrying heavy loads. They are padded more heavily and are designed to attach to the shoulders and the hips.
