Former figure skating champ Todd Eldredge getting new hip (Detroit Free Press)
The 40-year-old formerly Michigan-based skater is undergoing left hip replacement surgery today at a hospital in Naples, Fla., according to his longtime coach, Richard Callaghan. He was still in surgery at 1 p.m.
