Filled Footbag

Is a loosely filled footbag (hacky sack) better and easier to use?

ive been playing with a footbag on and off for about a year now and im realy getting into it. the footbag i curently use is extreamly loosely filled…. less than half way ide say. is that good or bad for playing with?

Ultimately the amount of filling in the footbag depends on the style of play. Another factor is weight, if the bag is heavy but loosely filled that would make it good for the “stalling” style of play. around 40-50 grams and 40-50% full is preferred for this style of play.
