Final Fantasy

What final fantasy game should i start out with?

I got “Final Fantasy X” today.
Im a newcomer to final fantasy though……..Will i get confused?
I heard final fantasy x was the best one so idk.
Also which one should i get next?

If you want to experience some of the fanatical hype the franchise has to offer, I suggest FF7. Exceptional story, lovable characters, very deep stuff. It’s rarely been threatened to bump down on my list of favoured games. There is a whole compilation of titles around it, if you want to really jump into the 7 universe:

-The prequel, Crisis Core FFVII, released 2 years ago, was done very well, updated graphics, excellent eng voice cast. I suggest you play the main game first though, even though this is a prequel…it’s how it was delivered to the world, lol.
-the main game FFVII has predated graphics, but one hell of a story.
-then there’s the sequel CGI full length feature film, FF7 Advent Children, which has some stunning CGI mastery, but is really just that. eye candy.
-Dirge of Cerberus, which also has excellent graphics, follows the movie.

My favourites are ff7, ff8, ff10, ff12, in that order. I’d recommend playing 13 after one of these titles. FF7 and FF8 are also downloadable on playstation network.
