Our Review

We absolutely love the Radio Flyer Sport Coupe. This design seems to be a little safer than the standard wagon because of the higher walls. You little guy/gal will be safe inside as they sit pretty low to the ground and can’t easily fall out. Initially parents did have a concern that the wagon didn’t have a seat belt, but to our knowledge the newer models have started to ship with some type of harness.

The adjustable handle really is great both for the toddlers as well as parents. The adjustable handle makes pushing the Radio Flyer Sport Coupe very easy and comfortable for people of any size. In addition, toddlers love to walk behind the wagon and take control. In our opinion, the adjustable handle really makes this toy extremely versatile.

Unlike the Radio Flyer Classic the Sports Coupe is made of mostly plastic. We feel that although plastic is never going to be as sturdy as steel, that based on the younger age demographic for the product, the plastic is a perfect fit and a bit safer for little one’s just learning to move around.

The toy can also be used both inside and outside. The wagon has an extremely tight turning radius which makes it easy to use indoors. In addition, the tires are rugged enough to withstand outdoor use.

The best part about the Radio Flyer Sport Coupe, is everyone seems to love it. Both the toddler inside as well as the brother/sister that is pushing just love to play with the wagon. I think the realistic new look really draws the children in!
