juggling injuries whit juggling knifes?

hey i am a juggler 16 years old and have juggled with clubs for 2 moths.
and i wanted to start to juggle with knifes.
i have herd professional jugglers have lost several fingers and had to quit juggling.
and i want to know if this is a big chanse for and i want to know other injurise that may happed if i started to juggle knifes
will be happy for all answers.
