Does anyone have some good batting drills to help a kid learn to keep his head down on the ball?

My son is 12 and is a pretty good hitter,(542 avg). One of the things I notice is that when he hits he doesn’t move his head in so that his eyes are following the ball all the way in. He’s making all of his contact using peripheral vision. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.

When I played little league, I think my coach had us bite down on the top of our shirts to keep our heads down. It sounds a little weird, but I’m pretty sure thats what it was for, and it worked.
