exactly what effect does he use to make that sound in the very first riff of the song? he uses this same effect in a lot of other stuff too. i don’t think it’s a whammy pedal… at least not the digitech one.

Bucket head uses many different effects in his songs. I can’t accurately describe how he gets his sound, so play it however you want. I know some parts sound like they should be an octave higher or lower so if u have an octave effect, use it I guess. He’s definitely using a wah pedal at least for the end of the song and there’s some delay throughout most of it too.
