Knex Vertical Vengance Rollercoaster?

How does the motor work! I need to figure out how to connect it to the chain lift! i have the right amount of links and i put it on the track, but i need to know how to build the motor so that its connected to the track!
i have already went to the knex site and its no help, so i would appreciate if you could find another source other than knex.com!

you look at the instructions and it shows u that you put te motor in so that the cylinder parts go into the gears.the other side of the motor is where u put the orange lock peice.
