Best color for a little girl to wear in kindergarten pictures?

My 5 year old little girl has her Kindergarten photo day coming up. She has long light brown hair, blue eyes and fair complexion. I know not to do white or patterns, and was leaning towards one of her cute ruffled black blouses, since I do not know what the background will be and wanted to play it safe?

Black seems a little to mature, I would steer towards white or a brighter color (yellow or pink). The bright color will bring out the color in her face whle the black make her look pale in comparison.
