Miniature Toy

I would like to buy a toy or teacup poodle. Are toy or miniature poodles smaller?

Also when I look at photos some of these have snouts with shorter hair and some have more rounder noses, with normal hair. Do you know what this difference is?
So the hair on the snout is just whether the owner decides to have it long or short?

Yes I know the difference, you don’t. Poodles only come in 3 sizes
Standards—– 15 inches and up in height, and 45-75 pounds in weight
Miniature—10 to 15 inches in height and weight between 10 and 18 pounds.
Toys— Under 1 inches in height and 6-9 pounds in weight.
If you get or have one smaller then a Toy you have the runt of the litter which usually don’t occur unless the parents are poorly bred dogs

The length of snout come with size of dog, and yes some do have shorter hair then others because they have been groomed. Poodles are LOW shedding dog and are NOT hypo-allergenic as there is no such dog. All dogs produce dander, saliva and grow some hair and those are main components for allergies.

But to answer your question a Toy is smaller then a mini
