I have to make a novelty cakes suitable for a child for my food technology class. Suggestions please.?

It has to be made with basic cake tins e.g. victoria sandwich-like tins. Any ideas for something interesting for a kid. Like a clown?

try a dirt cake, chocolate mix, gummie worms and green icing. cook it in a clay pot or in a metal pail.
when finished , when it is cut it looks like worms in dirt.
