How do you insert a one page file into a table, complete with header and footer?

I want to show a one page Word file, complete with header and footer, inside a table within another Word file. But if I “Insert File” into the table, the header and footer don’t insert along with the content of the file. If I copy and paste the header and footer don’t copy. Any ideas how this can be done?

I don’t think you can do it with a literal insertion of any kind, but you might want to consider a screen capture to get a picture of the page in.

Work with this:

1. With the document in Word, click on the File->Print Preview menu item.
2. Click ALT/PrtScr to capture the window.
3. Open MS Paint
4. Paste (CTRL/V) the window cap into Paint.
5. Edit out anything you don’t want to show up.
6. Save the remainder to a .jpg file.
7. Insert THAT file into your second file.
