Do Pigeons raid other birds nests?

Do pigeons raid other birds nests? We have a pair of pigeons that will fly up and around the barn swallows nests. The swallows just go crazy when they do this. Are the pigeons raiding the swallows nests?

Usually pigeons don’t bother other bird species but because of their size, they can disturb other birds.
