Paper Toy

I saw a film when I was young, all I can remember is a toy soldier in a paper boat in a drain? Anyone know it?

I know it isn’t Fantasia 2000 and from recollection it must have been late 60′s to early 70′s?

that sounds like the story The Brave Tin Soldier, but I didn’t know they’d made a cartoon of it. maybe that’ll help you track it down.
