Why is golfer paula creamer nicknamed the pink panther?

I understand the pink bit (likes pink, is very very pretty and is very girly) but the panther bit i don’t.

Her golf clubs have pink grips, her golf bag is pink and she sometimes uses pink golf balls, she always wears pink. & she has a Pink panther head cover for her driver.
