are pistol hi-cap mags legal in pennsylvania?
are hi-cap mags legal in pennsylvania, say a gun like the glock 17 with 17 round mags. me and a friend are debating this and i need to know.
thanks ohh i am also look for a glock 17 and i know my local gunstore sells them so i dont think they could sell them if i wasnt allowed to own them. it just seems stupid to me if they do. Or maybe they are illegal unles you have the $200 tax stamp?

Yes they are legal and you will not have to pay any kind of tax stamp other than your standard sales tax. You can legally buy a 30 round clip for a glock, if you wanted to.
