Where can I buy a child/doggy play tunnel?

I’d like to buy a child or dog play tunnel for my border collie’s agility course, but I can’t find them anywhere. I am unable to buy online. I live in Melbourne AUS and I’ve tried Target, Big W, Kmart, toy stores like Toys R Us, pet shops. Does anyone know???
