How can I set Windows Media Player to save / buffer wholly streaming content?

I am viewing content through a VPN and it keeps buffering all the time. How can I set Windows Media Player to download the video, or even cache it or buffer it wholly, so that I could watch the video flawlessly from my local hard drive?

go to
Tools>options>Performance tab > network buffer and then set the value to some high integer like some 30 mins worth buffer…u can then be able to watch the video without any interruptions…
