Playground Playset

Does anyone know how to apply ground rubber?

I found some free ground rubber on craigslist and am wanting to apply it under my kids’ playset, but I am not sure what I need to add to the mix to make it “stick” like a track or other playgrounds. I don’t want to just throw it down like mulch as is since I am afraid it will blow away. We want to be able to use the leaf blower on it to get rid of pine needles…any ideas???

nowadays its a good way to make use of used tires and lots of playgrounds have adopted the idea. They usually make a border around everything out of railroad ties or 2 by sixes and put the rubber in there to keep it from getting blown away . The weight of the rubber chips keeps it pretty much where you box it in.
