Which toy is best? Playhut Megaland or a Playhut Megahouse? Or are they both too big?

This will be a gift for our almost 2 year old & baby (both boys)

the boys would probably enjoy the megaland more…might be too big now but if you have space and money to get it…i would…enjoy your kiddos
