Playing Cards

What can you put on playing cards to make them slippier?
My deck of playing cards aren’t slippery anymore, they can’t glide out into a fan or anything because they stick together in big clumps. I’m too cheap to buy a new deck and was wondering if there are any household item that will help out or something.
Put them in a paper bag (large one) and add in some BABY POWDER shake bag vigorously for 1 min then remove cards and shuffle at least 10 times (thumb method) to remove excess powder.
Cards will now be as slick as when new–if not slicker.
This way has been used for decades because it works.
