When writing an action scene how can you describe a police officer dropping a bomb from a helicopter?

I am currently writing my first novel and I need help describing a scene. How can you describe a police officer dropping a bomb from a police helicopter on a gang territory building?

I like the sound of that!

Talk about the feelings of the police officer, how shocked he is to be holding a bomb, etc and the pressure. Or if the viewpoint is from down below, one of the gang members could be shocked. Make it fast paced with a minimal amount of description and short sentences if its from the gang members Point Of View. Lots of screaming and shouting, and when the bomb explodes it’s really slow paced with lots of description, long paced, shock etc.
