Does oatmeal really stop diaper rash?

My wife and I are in a poly-amorous relationship with a MTF transsexual, who enjoys “Infant” play as part of our humiliation play.
Recently, my wife has decided to have me wear diapers as part of the role-playing…I would be force-fed peas (Which I like, but make me gassy) and then use the diapers for their intended purposes, while my wife and our Mistress “enjoy my face.”
I heard a mother at the playground my sons were at mention oatmeal is a great way to prevent diaper rash, I was wondering if:
1. It works on adults, and
2. It can sit in the diaper long enough for our play session.
Also, does it need to be hot?

An oatmeal bath or lotion containing oatmeal IS very healing to rashes. My Granddaughter has psoriasis VERY VERY bad. She used to get it all across her bottom & it pained her greatly. My D-I-L use to give her oatmeal baths which was VERY soothing & DID help heal it. So YES, oatmeal DOES have a lot of healing properties. No, it doesn’t need to be “hot”, but of course a bath would be “bath water” temperature…:)
