Push Balance

What part of body do you have to work on to stay balance when someone pushes you?
Ok you know when someone pushes with two hand,you sort off fall down or move back like a few steps,is there a way i can prevent my self from falling or moving back when someone pushes me?
What part of my body do i need to work on?
Everything. Bend at the knee and turn. In martial arts some exercises can teach you to turn the force away or push back against it without moving back. Like wing chun’s chi sao or tai chi chuan’s push hands techniques. It can help you recover your balance after being shoved and successfully counterattack.
