Tricycle taken back from handicapped person …………..?

Saraj Kumar, a handicapped youth of the Zira area, got a rude shock on the 62nd Republic Day when the tricycle given to him by none else than the Deputy Chief Minister, Sukhbir Singh Badal, at a function here on January 26, was taken away by officials of the district Red Cross Society immediately after the chief guest left the venue.

Word handicapped is no more used, it is considered disrespectful , the word disabled should be used instead, it also covers wider area than handicapped.
