Squeeze Squeak

Quiet hand grippers, any recomendations?

I need hand grippers that make no noise. My current ones make a small squeak when I squeeze them and they also have a loose metal loop that controls movement, but it rattles. Anyone know of simple hand grippers that don’t make noise? I am using them at work and they annoy my neighbors.
