How much is a Used copy of Terranigma from Japan for the Super Famicom worth?

I bought a copy from Japan that came with the original manual But i am just wondering how much it is worth? (I know a new copy is worth like over $1,000) But Is it worth more than $20?

Just the cart without a box: < $10
In the box in excellent conditioner: $50 ish.
And everything in between. I've seen rare super famicom carts go for cheap and crappy sfc carts sell high.
