Harry Potter Lego Characters?

In Harry Potter Lego Years 1-4 there are three characters outside of Hagrid’s hut near the champions tent and the lake path, that are located up in the sky. I’ve collected the coins around them with a stud magnet, but I can’t reach the actual characters. What do I need to do to get them?

somewhere on the ground you see pixies with a flying pumpkin, stun the pixies and then with that pumpkin you can fly to them to save them.
