Terrier Dog

I have a urination problem with my 14 year old male yorkshire terrier dog?

He recently started to urinate in the house. We believe that sometimes he cannot hold it but sometimes though it has only been an hour since he went outside he again wants to go out and if we don’t take him out he urinates in the house. He didn’t use to do this. He just started in the last month. Is it becasue he is old or could it be a reaction to my 27 weeks pregnancy. I am not even sure if he feels it. Please help me becaue I am going to go crazy!!!

Could be a bladder infection, check the paper towel when you clean it up if there’s any pink color to the urine. he could have kidney disease also, when was the last vet check up?
