Thread Tailoring

Can I get my sleeves fixed at a tailor (broken thread, original ruched stitching)?

There are gaping holes in my sleeves because the thread came undone. It’s a hoodie of medium weight. The sleeves were originally ruched. It’s kind of hard to describe, but it was bunched up like the center of bow tie pasta. One side of the sleeve is still intact, so the tailors would have an example to go by. I love this hoodie, and just got it two days ago. Can they probably fix it? Can someone roughly estimate how much it would cost? (two sleeves, one side each) Thanks.

I’m sure a good tailor could repair it for you, but if you just got it 2 days ago I would return it and ask for an exchange.
