How do you feel about Tom Corbett subpoenaing his critics on Twitter?

Tom Corbett is the Republican candidate for Governor in Pennsylvania.
It’s a stupid move politically. It will draw more attention to the criticism and he may be seen as abusing his office to serve his political agenda. And if he tries to prosecute these people, he will be giving them another platform that may give them a bigger audience than Twitter.
Seems like a lot of vanity at work here.
