Tonka Jeep

name of late 80s early 90s toyline featuring madmax style tonka type vehicles i.e halftrack armored dumptruck?

basically it was a line of madmax style combat vehicles, the one that really sticks in mind was a halftack dumptruck with armor and weapons, all the vehicles had gang-like markings, i believe another in the series was a jeep. a friend of mine and i were talking about how cool toys used to be compared to the crap on the market now, and its been driving me crazy trying to remember the name of this line. i believe it was either hasbro or mattel that put it out.
