Where can I get a battery operated plastic kids toy repaired?

My kids have a plastic weebles castle that they love but it no longer works. Also they don’t make them anymore and they are going for hundred of $$ on ebay so I can’t replace it. Is there anywhere in central (or new haven area) CT that can fix it?

I would see if there is a toy repair specialist or contact a Weebles Collector’s society for guidance on this.
