is this a vintage valueable toy or not?

so i found this in my attic and i want to know if its vintage or a collectors item or valueable or anything for that matter
i tried searching for it onlline but i couldnt find a thing!
its a bad of silver and green toy soldiers
it says “unbreakable good guy,bad guy toy soldiers,giant size”
its by palmer plastics inc,brooklyn,36 ny
and its priced 98 cents on the lable
it looks pretty old but its in excellent condition-not opened and in original packaging-its about 10 soldiers in there
so…what do you think
