Fisher Price iXL, toy story game trouble!?

Ok I have read on here all of the questions and answers regarding this iXL from Fisher Price. I was having the same problems as everyone else until I followed someone’s link and was able to turn off the automatic updates (life saver) and then download the Toy Story game. But once I unzipped the Toy Story file and transferred it over…the story part doesn’t show up on the iXL! It says there is no story but I know that will be my sons favorite part! Now what do I do?

how do you turn off the updates?? My daughter is already sick of the monkey things that came on it and I’m trying to load the toy story game. When I installed the cd on my computer, it just went to some thing saying “auto update files” It’s been doing this for over 1/2 hour and I have no idea why?? Is that update separate from the toy story game??
