What happened to Jasman Toy company?

I loved Jasman for their neat Halo related products, like the Plasma Pistol and Rifle laser tag sets, but just today I tried looking everywhere for their site, or anything related but nothing showed up. Did they shut themselves down?

i heard they went out of bussiness. Im not really too sure though. im also looking into it.
