Toy Spinning

Does a spinning top toy include two simple machines?
Does it include a pulley and a screw? and if so, how? I’m making this out of scratch,
Please include a diagram or photo if you can, to confirm – someone told me no and someone told me yes…thanks in advance
It’s been a long time since I played with a top, but I’d suggest that the ‘simple machine’ was the thing that got the top spinning in the first place.
I’ve seen tops that used a rip string – a string wrapped around a spindle that you pulled off to get the top spinning. That would qualify as a pulley.
I’ve also seen tops that you set spinning by depressing a spring-loaded plunger on the top, which is effectively an inclined plane wrapped around a spindle: more or less your definition of a screw.
