When does the Thomas the Train Engine attraction open at Discovery Kingdom, in Vallejo, CA?

The date, or info are not posted on their web-site. The commercials only say “comming soon”, but they’ve been saying that sience the winter. My 2 year old, has been wanting to go, but I don’t want to make the 3+hr trip, and find out that it has’nt opened.
