Need to know if baby doll is vintage Ideal toy corp?

she is marked with OBW-20-F on head And BW-20 on body have pictures!

GENERALLY the BW mark on Ideal dolls was used to signify a doll from the Betsy Wetsy line, although it did usually say Ideal also in the mold markings. They did have a bit of creativity over the years as the line changed and sometimes the body mold from one doll was used for another and the doll name changed slightly, but Ideal was known for using the doll name initials as the mold marks on their dolls (Thus you will find ST on the Shirley Temple dolls, TD on the Tearie Dearie dolls, etc… and the number following the letters usually meant the height in inches). Only thing is, I don’t know of a 20″ Betsy Wetsy and I am not familiar with the marks on the head of your doll, so it could just be that they used a Betsy body with a new head mold for a different doll. I would need to look at my doll books for confirmation about the exact name and date for your doll (something I can check into in the morning, as it is late and I need to get some sleep now). A picture would definitely be very helpful for me on this one! Pictures can make all the difference with doll ID. Can you update your post with a link to the picture of this doll?
