HELP! VINTAGE 1980′s TOY THAT NEEDS TO BE IDENTIFIED! details inside?

I recently went to a grage sale and bought an adorable dog plush toy for a little kid. The tag says Mattel Inc. 1985, but otherwise, I cannot identify the name of this dog. He is a brown dog with large, dark brown ears. He has a little pink heart sewn onto his chest, right where his heart would be. He has a battery pack inside his head, and there are button inside both ears, both arms, his tail and both feet. Whe you press either the tail or either ear, he says “Ow! It hurts, it hurts!”. When you press his feet he begins to laugh and says “HeeHeeHee This tickles!” and when you press his hand he says “I’m a good buddy (or bunny, its unclear), I’m you huggy”
I have searched everywhere online for some clue as to what this dog is. If you have any idea, please let me know! I will post a picture soon.
