Water Fun

Fun ways for kids to have fun with water (without having running water to work with)?

I work at a day camp and tomorrow is our water day. We have this camp at a new park that doesn’t have running water yet. We still want the kids to have fun with water but we are having trouble figuring out things to do that require limited water. We are all making lots of water balloons and thought about bringing tubs/containers of water. If you can think of any fun things that we could do comment on here. Thanks for all your help!!
