Water Pistol

There is 2 people person person # 1 has a water pistol fill with Holy water and squirts person # 2?

person # 2 runs screaming it burns it burns.. now the question is can person # 1 be charged with assualt on person #2

Well, I found this in an wikipedia article defining “assault”:
“Assault can also be considered in cases involving the spitting on, or unwanted exposure of bodily fluids to others.”

Not sure if a judge would consider “squirting holy water with a water pistol” to be as criminal as spitting.
