What are those things called wen u can change the way your computer mouse looks?

that thing u can download 2 make ur mouse like a picture or something lol
and can u do it on a mac?

I agree with above answer. However, u can do it w/out downloading anything (idk about macs tho)
u go to control panel>printers and other hardware>Mouse>Pointers (tab on top) >scheme (drop-down menu) and then pick one
